This top is one of my favourites. I found it in a charity shop in Whitstable about three years ago and its never let me down. According to the label, it's very, very old Topshop. I'm wearing it with: a wool skirt I got last year from Zara, my favourite Converse, Ray Ban sunglasses and my Marc By Marc Jacobs watch.

JWLRY
I'm wearing more and more silver jewellery and slowly moving away from gold. My Marc by Marc Jacobs watch goes with absolutely everything, as does my Claddagh ring, which once belonged to my grandmother. The necklace is a recent purchase from Urban Outfitters and the two rings are from JWLRY. I'm definitely getting some more of those rings, especially as they're an adjustable size, so they actually stay on my fingers.

What I Wore To: Pack
I'm going to Switzerland for 8 days tomorrow, so I've spent most of the day rushing around, getting last minute things I need.
The weather was lovely, a proper summer's day (finally! nice weather when I'm not a work), so this afternoon I took the dogs for a walk. I'm wearing a Topshop t-shirt (that used to be a size 8 but my mother has washed it and it has stretched beyond all recognition), American Apparel shorts and with a Marc By Marc Jacobs watch and Topshop sunglasses.

What I Wore To: Work on a sunny Saturday
Where I work, I have to do a lot of running and I need to keep cool. I'm wearing a cotton sundress from Topshop, with a belt that came with some trousers, Office sandals, Marc Jacobs watch and charm bracelets.

What I Wore To: My Final Exam
In 5 hours and 10 minutes I will have finished my secondary school education forever.
I'm wearing a French Connection dress (that actually belongs to a friend but I'm keeping it until she gives me back my Ralph Lauren shirt), an American Apparel bandeau, my Marc Jacobs watch, and Office shoes.

Clothes Show Live Style Awards
Last night I was lucky enough to get tickets to the Clothes Show Live Style Awards in London.
Held in Earls Court 1 (the last time I was there was for a Justin Timberlake concert when I was 11),
there were just six awards, performances by The Wanted (a boyband?), Esme Dentes (friend of Justin) and Paloma Faith, who was very good and won the Best Dressed Female award. In her acceptance speech, she gave the valuable advice of "girls should keep eating". She recommended kebabs.
Following the awards ceremony there was a 30 minute catwalk show, complete with dancers, which was rather impressive.
I also bumped into Katie and Joe (of the blog What Katie Wore) and it was nice to see them again.
I wore a vintage jacket (whose lining was coming apart all night), a Dorothy Perkins dress and Marc Jacobs watch, with Topshop wedges and bag.
This picture was taken by my talented little brother on his iPhone.

The most beautiful watch in the world*
*I'm biased; this may not be true.
I wanted a watch for my 18th birthday. However, when it rolled around, I hadn't found one that I liked. So my loving godmother told me when I found one, she'd buy it for me. About 2 weeks after my birthday, I discovered this Marc Jacobs beauty.
I LOVE IT SO MUCH.
While I was looking for a watch, I maintained I didn't want a basic watch, I wanted something funky (my previous watch was pink and floral, from Swatch). But nothing seemed quite right. But when I saw this gorgeous time piece behind the glass, I had to have it. I adore the classic shape, the letters instead of numbers and the way it sits on my arm - loose but not too loose.
I wear it with my Links charm bracelet (another birthday present) and a charm bracelet that used to belong to my mother. You can't really see them though, on account of the paper string from the party popper from Mimi's birthday.

Bag Lady
The one item I always have trouble buying are bags. With the limited funding of an A-Level student, I can only buy one decent bag per season, and I tend to make the mistake of buying a bag too early, or waiting for too long and not buying a bag in case something better comes along.
Here are my current favourite "It" bags that I would invest in, if I had the money:
The Marc Jacobs "Stam" bag. The design has been around for ages, and there have been many high street spin-offs, but I love the zig-zag pattern on this version.
The classic Chanel 2.55 has been my ultimate bag for a long time. I have a Mark B copy, but it's not as good as the real thing, and has biro doodles drawn all over it from when I got bored once in a Psychology lesson.

I have big love for this bag. I think it's gorgeous and combines everything I want in a bag - secure, can be worn on the shoulder and be carried on the arm AND I bet it has loads of pockets inside. I fear it will sell out before I gather the funds to get one, but there's always sample sales. I considered getting a Bayswater, but as someone just told me, everyone has one, and I shouldn't sell myself short.
Normally I hit Topshop, H&M or ASOS for my bags, because of price limitations, and they also have good designer copies. Normally, I don't like River Island's bags - I always think they are too gaudy or too patent, or just not quite right, so seeing this bag while in town with my friend, made me realise that sometimes they get it right.
It reminds me of a Chloe bag I saw on a blog (that sadly I can't remember the name of or find the link to). I really like the idea of nude snakeskin (great trend combination) and at £34.99, it is within my price range.
I may have to buy it when I make my trip to London this weekend.
